Delivery & Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates:
Domestic Delivery -
We pay for half of your P&P costs for items <5kg. €3.99 Tracked. 32 counties.

For items >5kg to <15kg, or for light bulky items we charge the An Post rate of €17.00. 32 counties.

For items >20kg, at time of writing there are large fluctuations in the fuel costs and therefore courier costs. The price will be displayed on checkout.
Country Restrictions:
Certain items like aerosols cannot be shipped outside of Ireland due to shipping restrictions. In each case, we will advise.
Important Delivery Information:
Orders placed after 12pm Friday, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the following working day (subject to stock availability).
Bulk items such as garden furniture is currently shipped weekly on either a Tuesday OR a Thursday.
Delivery delays may occur during the Christmas, New Year period or public holidays.
If delivery is not possible within 14 days of your order being received, we will keep you informed and provide the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 5 working days and offer alternatives or provide an expected restock date.
We cannot investigate delivery issues until 10 working days for UK orders and 25 working days for international orders have passed.
Customs clearance, remote locations, or holiday periods may cause unforeseen delays, and we cannot refund shipping costs in these instances.
If a parcel is lost, replacements will only be sent out after 10-25 working days, depending on the country.
If tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received the parcel, please notify us within 10 working days.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
International Delivery Notes:
For bulk or large orders, additional charges may apply if the shipping weight exceeds limits 5 kg. We will contact you with the cost.
International orders may be subject to import duties, tarriffs and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Below is our detailed returns information:
Right to Change Your Mind and Cancel
Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This "cooling-off" period does not apply to certain purchases, including but not limited to:
Personalised or custom-made products
Products with a short shelf life or that spoil quickly
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
Leisure services for a set date or period (e.g., spa bookings)
To return an item within this period, it must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. If the item has been opened or used, unfortunately, it cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of at least 30% of the total cost including delivery of the item.
Exceptions to this right may apply to certain items, such as hygiene products.
How to Return an Item:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Saw Swag does not cover the return postage costs.

Ensure all items from the same order are returned in a single parcel.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If it meets the return conditions of unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. we will process your refund within 7 working days, less re-stocking fee if applicable. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns to avoid potential issues.
Items that are opened or used cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty.
Refunds will be processed in Euro, and any exchange rate charges are the responsibility of your bank or payment processor.
Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be issued within 7 working days of confirmation.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the product and its packaging. We will guide you on how to proceed with a return or replacement.
